What This Service Is
This is a private reference site. It does not store the official KCSO roster, booking records, court files, or state and federal custody records. It cannot verify custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.
Its role is to explain the source paths, including the KCSO In-Custody Report, the KCSO JustFOIA portal, Kootenai court resources, and the IDOC Resident/Client Search. Idaho's Title 74 public-records process, summarized by the Idaho Attorney General, remains with the official custodian.
